Departure from Hotel by coach to a typical Sardinian restaurant, rich in atmosphere and tradition. At the arrival of the group, men and women wearing typical Sardinian costumes will welcome them.
The group will be provided with a cook’s hat and apron and learn how to cook traditional dishes as malloreddus, pani frattau, su porceddu and sa sebadas, in team cooking competitions.
Our hostess will be at the group’s disposal. The tasting ceremony and awards for the best interpretation of these recipes will judge the team building skills and exquisite food and fine Cannonau wine will help make it a night to remember.
A folk group will entertain the group during the tasting ceremony with typical songs and dances.
A certificate of cookingskill will be given to each participant before their departure.
